Pros: my wife has celiac, hasn't gotten sick from their gluten free menu. So their sanitizing seems to work.
Food portions are the right size for my family's needs.
Cons: some of the meals are not a winner for my kids.
A lot of the meals are fairly repetitive of each other. Makes sense since they're all pressure cooker meals.
Neutral: cost is better than restaurant, not as good as preparing ourselves (obviously).
They support BYU, but they also support Utah. They have the same arrangement with Utah that they have with BYU. It's not a big deal, just that when I first heard about them here, they made themselves out to be BYU fans and donors. Their affiliation with NIL went from a pro to a neutral when I saw that.
