Bought a home with these vinyl windows which were sold to the owner two previous owners ago as a lifetime, transferrable warranty (good deal, right?).

Called company and they claim that they changed ownership and no longer honor the transferrable warranty to new owners. Sorry.

Trying to get one window fixed and gathering quotes from vinyl window companies is like gathering four leaf clovers. So many vinyl window companies. They all sell the same window (single manufacturer) but they don't seem interested in doing business for a single window. It feels like they want to work with customers who are replacing all the windows in their home.
