Its ok to point out major flaws.
I have not spent hardly any time on here lately but its funny to me that anyone would argue against being disappointed in the last game. This place is silly sometimes. What else are we going to do as fans besides pointing out where we see a weakness or celebrating a strength?

Of course I was ecstatic that we won a game we could of and probably should have lost. If we win every game plus the conference championship, playoffs and NC while having glaring weaknesses and scoring far less than 20 pts then this will still be one of the greatest seasons of all time. Time and experience says that will not likely happen given some weaknesses and I think it would be tough to talk about the team in any meaningful way without pointing those out. By the way there is a fan experience difference knowing your team preformed well, was well lead and managed and won vs. breathing a sigh of relief that your team was able to squeak out a victory when performance was sub par.

I hope I am not a bad fan for seeing the obvious right away. I'm not one for naming names but certain positions will make it abundantly obvious. If you didn't watch BYU's last football game and cringe at the quarterback play than you have no eye for what to expect at that position or are not very passionate about the games. Circumstances being what they were I had to watch it by myself (so no one influenced my perspective) and guys, it looked bad. Even our completions were off. Balls were ducks, throws were late or routes ignored, WRs were adjusting like crazy or slowing down to get balls. Very few thrown balls were to the quality I would expect of a D1 QB. Turnovers are the obvious low hanging fruit but the entire performance was lacking. I think I have a right as a fan to be happy with the win but very concerned about how the offense will perform in the future.

Lots of things to like about this team but the quarterback play is not one of those things. Hoping we can find a solution there because most of the rest of the team looks very talented.
