Diagnose my tennis elbow?
My forearm has been sore for 6 months right below the elbow joint. Hurts to shake hands for example. Doesn’t throb.
I tried one of those over the counter for arm braces, didn’t seem to do much.
Do I need an PT? A doctor? Amputation?
How do I get this fixed?
