I’ve gotten down (finally) to the weight I had as my goal when I started my diet and am trying to find a maintenance mode moving forward so I can enjoy life and eating but maintain my weight.
I was so restrictive to my diet on the journey down I extremely rarely indulged in any kind of a treat.
I just ate a stupid chocolate granola bar right now and I swear they never tasted this good back when I was eating them without thinking. This stupid little thing was incredible
