I've now been to four different Zupa's stores at totally different times of day, and every time it's the same lame experience. I stand there staring at 6-8 employees who are furiously running around working on orders for invisible people, completely ignoring me, or anyone else who is actually standing in line inside the store. It's nice they have drive-through and mobile pick up options, but they need to figure out how not to alienate their live customers while they service their other customers.
I've gotten over their over-priced, anemic sandwiches, and the $1.99 upcharge for a tablespoon of grilled chicken, but the experience is stopping me from going back.
Anyone else experienced this?
