I didn't realize this but The Royal Blue (a collective) has a subscription model too. Mark Comer (he runs the
org) said that a few schools now have 4,000 people in their collectives who are each paying $40/month. That's nearly $2M per year to use to attract and retain players.

100% of the money goes to players - there are no administrative costs off the top.

Comer said that they are having a big event with lots of players on July 13th and 14th and that if you sign up now you get 2 free tickets to the event.

Note that the RBC is the official collective of BYU sports.
