the primary people running the company or has authority to make all the decisions or however you want to classify it (not talking about middle management) that is NOT cruel, duplicitous, lacking integrity, and a liar? I'm genuinely curious if that exists. I have been employed by companies of all sizes, so I can't comment on the really big ones, but speaking of the small companies in which we've worked closely with the owners/presidents/CXOs for both my wife and I in our careers we haven't ever seen anyone in these positions that isn't all or most of the above. It's also frequent to observe a lack of common sense, and general disdain for human life.

It's remarkable, fascinating to me that this always seems to be the case. But I'm sure there must be decent ones out there, right? Help me hold out a little hope... but only if it's truly there to be had.
