She won't eat domino's but will literally eat Papa John's until she becomes so engorged that she throws up.

What does this mean? Should I trust Papa John's more?

Of note, she will typically eagerly eat any kind of food except fruits and vegetables.

Maybe it just means Domino's puts more garlic and spices on their crust — except she gladly eats garlic on other stuff.

It makes me suspicious of Domino's.
