The execs I’ve respected the most are generally similar to someone like Mark Pope. Good guys who are absolutely driven to reach the top and have a salesman personality. They are also willing to break some eggs to make an omelet.
If they’re LDS, they usually end up in stake presidencies and as mission presidents - and they’re really good at it. They rub some people the wrong way, but there are all sorts of personalities in God’s kingdom.
