the volume of traffic southbound on I-15 from north SLC down to Lehi/AF has been very high. The 1st quarter of 2024 is a bit better as some families head to Disneyland, etc, coupled with snow that sends some to WFH. I believe we've hit that "everyone is here" level now for a bit and it's a bugger. I leave early on Fridays and last Friday I left at 2:45 and it took me longer than when I usually leave at 3:30.

Yesterday it took me 40 minutes to go from Saratoga Springs KFC to The Ranches-Eagle Mountain. That's longer than it took me to go from north SL to Lehi to work out at Legacy Center on I-15. Traffic was bumper to bumper from Redwood Rd all the way up Pony Express. I finally ditched off to some side street as I was just minutes from the pharmacy closing. I never dreamed it would take that long.
