Based on the recent interview with Burgess, I'm very concerned about his kids choosing not to speak to him for a week. It seems he doesn't connect very well with young people emotionally and can create divisions with his flip flopping. If you don't think that connecting with young people is an important part of being a college basketball coach, then you just don't understand anything about the current landscape. That's a FACT! How can we expect to get top level recruits when Burgess can't even connect with his own children?
